Associate Director, Strategy

Kemp is a proud double alum of UNCG with both an MBA and a B.S. in international business studies and marketing. His fun fact at a party is that he has lived on three continents—North America, Europe and Asia (more specifically, North Carolina in the U.S., Denmark and South Korea). He’s taught English to speakers of other languages, helped clients with website rebuilds, showed teachers how to incorporate tablets and technology into their lesson plans, recruited for a nationally ranked MBA program, and is now a Senior Strategist at Pace focusing on all things digital. When he’s not at work, he can be found exploring local breweries, playing tennis or cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes.
