The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) creates better workplaces where employers and employees thrive together. While navigating the COVID-19 pandemic, the rise of remote work, the Great Resignation and other immense changes in workforce dynamics, SHRM’s members faced similarly huge obstacles in workplace culture and human resources management. SHRM partnered with Pace to better showcase the organization’s expertise in addressing these challenges. 

Pace highlighted SHRM’s resources and thought leadership around career development for veterans, exemplary corporate leadership and mental health in the workplace, among other topics. Our cross-channel work focused on authentic stories that show how influential workplaces are on the well-being of societies at large. By featuring real individuals with relatable challenges, we not only engaged a wide audience but addressed common stigmas and workplace stereotypes in a genuine, human way.
